About Us

DON HOLLAND
A native Southerner, Don Holland was immersed in the world of fine gifts and Southern culture from an early age, thanks to his parents' ownership of highly curated gift shops. This upbringing instilled in him a profound appreciation for Southern heritage and a keen eye for blending traditional elegance with sophisticated, contemporary concepts.

CHEF THEODORE “TED” PASKEVICH
Recognized as one of South Florida's premier interior designers, Chef Ted Paskevich has been honored in the American Society of Interior Designers' (ASID) "Who's Who in Interior Design." By the age of 25, he was responsible for the visual display of 88 department stores, overseeing a team of 20 designers. His expertise in creating harmonious and inviting spaces is complemented by his culinary talents, as he is also the co-founder and culinary head of The Southern Conserve, known for its signature Tomato Conserve and other Southern-inspired condiments.
