Cranberry Sauce
with a new Southern twist…

Ingredients:
12-oz. bag cranberries (fresh or frozen)
¾ c. sugar
1 Tbsp. orange zest
Kosher salt
1 tsp. Southern Conserve Meyer Lemon Blood Orange Pepper Jelly
1–2 Tbsp. orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or Grand Marnier; optional)
Preparation:
Place all ingredients except the Grand Marnier in a pot, bring to boil, let simmer for 10 minutes.
Refrigerate for at least one hour.
Add Grand Marnier, enjoy.
