Tomato Conserve Filo Cup

 

Our Tomato Conserve Filo Cup recipe is one that is simple to prepare but it’s also sure to be the perfect addition to your next charcuterie.

Ingredients:
2 pkgs of Athena mini filo shells
4 oz. goat cheese
2 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp Tomato Conserve per shell
Finely chopped chive or green onion

In a mixer, combine goat and cream cheese, and whip to a smooth consistency. Fill a piping bag fitted with a 2D rose tip. Pipe a small amount of cheese mixture in each shell.

Top with 1/2 teaspoon of tomato conserve. Serve and enjoy.
